(3) NETGEAR services, including technical support and other services accessible through the Sites (“Web Apps”),
(4) NETGEAR software that may be downloaded to your smartphone or tablet to access services (“Mobile Apps”), and
(5) NETGEAR subscription services, including services you can access using the Web Apps and Mobile Apps (“Subscription Services”),
(collectively, the “Services”).
Third parties may also integrate NETGEAR’s Products and Services into their websites, products and services and we are not responsible for this integration. Please remember that the manner in which these third parties use, store and disclose your information is governed by the policies that apply to these third parties' websites, products and services.
