NETGEAR Enterprise Limited Warranty
Thank you for selecting NETGEAR Enterprise products. This NETGEAR Enterprise Limited Warranty webpage describes our warranty for Enterprise (i.e., business) products, not our Home Networking (i.e., consumer) products. For Home Networking products, please visit our Home Networking Limited Warranty page. This Enterprise Limited Warranty is subject to, and should be read in conjunction with, the NETGEAR Terms and Conditions available at netgear.com ("Terms and Conditions"). Capitalized terms used but not defined herein shall have the meanings ascribed to them in the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between this Enterprise Limited Warranty and the Terms and Conditions, this Enterprise Limited Warranty shall prevail with respect to Enterprise product warranty matters.
Important!
You must register your product for it to be covered by this warranty.
Except as prohibited by law, NETGEAR only warrants registered products that have been purchased from an authorized reseller. Register your NETGEAR Enterprise products (those products offered and/or described at www.netgear.com/business), at our webpages https://www.netgear.com/mynetgear or https://insight.netgear.com or the NETGEAR Insight app (available on the Google Play store or the Apple App Store) within 90 days of purchase.
Who May Make a Warranty Claim
All NETGEAR warranties (as opposed to statutory guarantees or non-excludable statutory warranties), including any implied warranties, are valid only for the duration the NETGEAR product is owned by the “original purchaser” of the product. The “original purchaser,” for the purposes of this warranty, is the first purchaser of the product from NETGEAR or a NETGEAR authorized reseller. All NETGEAR limited warranties, including lifetime warranties, are not transferable. You must be the original purchaser and you must be able to provide a proof of purchase from an authorised NETGEAR reseller. Nothing in this warranty shall exclude or limit any statutory rights or non-excludable statutory warranties available to You under applicable law.
What the NETGEAR Warranty Covers
NETGEAR warrants its products contained in their original packaging against defects in material and workmanship when the products are used normally for their intended purposes. This warranty only applies to any NETGEAR products you have purchased from an authorized NETGEAR reseller.

What Is Not Covered by the NETGEAR Warranty
Our policy is to offer product warranties and to perform services only on products purchased from an authorized NETGEAR reseller and only accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. If you purchase a NETGEAR product from an unauthorized reseller or if the original factory serial number has been removed, defaced or altered, this NETGEAR warranty will not be valid.
Unfortunately, there are some websites and dealers who claim to be authorized NETGEAR resellers but are not. Products sold on these websites or from these dealers do not carry a warranty from NETGEAR. If you purchase products from an unauthorized website or dealer, you are taking a risk because these products may be counterfeit, used, defective, or may not be designed for use in your country. Please protect yourself and your NETGEAR product by ensuring that you only purchase NETGEAR products from an authorized reseller. If you have any questions about authorized resellers, please visit our website.
This warranty does not apply if the NETGEAR product fails due to damage from shipment, handling, storage, accident, abuse or misuse, or if it has been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, has been modified in any way, or has had any serial number removed or defaced. This warranty also does not apply to cosmetic damage, including scratches and dents. For NETGEAR products that can use replaceable batteries, use of only high-quality, non-counterfeit, and non-rechargeable batteries is recommended. In these products, the use of rechargeable batteries or inferior-quality batteries that cause damage to your NETGEAR product will void this warranty. Repair or modification of the product by anyone other than NETGEAR or a NETGEAR approved agent will void this warranty. This warranty does not apply to damage or defects caused by (a) operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by NETGEAR, (b) failure to follow instructions provided by NETGEAR, or (c) use with improper voltage or power supply.

Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. Refurbished products purchased from www.netgear.com or an authorized reseller are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase ("Refurbished Product Warranty"), provided You register the refurbished product online with NETGEAR. DURING WARRANTY SERVICE OR ANY OTHER TECHNICAL SUPPORT IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE CONTENTS OF THE NETGEAR PRODUCT’S STORAGE MEDIA WILL BE LOST, REPLACED OR REFORMATTED. IN SUCH AN EVENT NETGEAR AND ITS AGENTS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OF SOFTWARE PROGRAMS, DATA OR OTHER INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THE STORAGE MEDIA OR ANY OTHER PART OF THE NETGEAR PRODUCT SERVICED.

NETGEAR shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its warranty obligations where such failure or delay results from events outside NETGEAR's reasonable control, including but not limited to unavailability of telecommunications networks, acts of government, strikes, natural disasters, war, or terrorist attacks ("Force Majeure Event"). NETGEAR's warranty obligations shall be suspended for the duration of any such Force Majeure Event.

EXCEPT AS PROVIDED IN THIS WARRANTY AND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NETGEAR IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES RESULTING FROM USE OR MALFUNCTION OF NETGEAR PRODUCTS, COMPROMISE OR CORRUPTION OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, COSTS OF REPLACEMENT GOODS OR COSTS OF RECOVERING, PROGRAMMING, OR REPRODUCING ANY PROGRAM OR DATA STORED IN OR USED WITH THE NETGEAR PRODUCT, EVEN IF NETGEAR IS INFORMED IN ADVANCE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
SOME STATES (OR COUNTRIES OR PROVINCES) DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY, NETGEAR SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IF NETGEAR CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE. NOTHING IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL EXCLUDE OR LIMIT ANY STATUTORY RIGHTS OR NON-EXCLUDABLE WARRANTIES THAT APPLY UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
IN ANY EVENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NETGEAR'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY YOU FOR THE APPLICABLE NETGEAR PRODUCT.
