At NETGEAR, your safety and peace of mind are central to everything we do. Staying secure means keeping your NETGEAR products up to date with the latest technology and protections which include firmware updates and maintenance releases. When NETGEAR products have not been manufactured for at least three years (or longer where required by law), there may be a variety of technological or business reasons that the product has become obsolete. When this occurs, the product enters its End of Service (EOS) stage. An EOS product will no longer receive firmware updates, maintenance releases, or security updates. If you have a NETGEAR product that has entered EOS, we encourage you to replace it with a comparable NETGEAR product as soon as possible.

Staying informed about EOS is essential to safeguarding your network and ensuring continued connectivity. Register your NETGEAR products to receive EOS alerts by email and text. You can also search for your NETGEAR product or browse the below list. When you search or browse, we provide whether the product has reached EOS, whether it is within 90 days of EOS.
